Greenserve, originally G&S Quality Insulation, is a full-service Waterproofing and Home Performance Business that has been in operation since 2014.
With over 25 years combined experience, Greenserve provides custom waterproofing systems and effective building envelope solutions for new construction and retrofits of older homes and businesses in Charlotte, Winston-Salem and the whole Piedmont Triad.
We offer technical assistance with home performance issues concerning moisture, heat loss, and indoor air quality.
Our Home Energy Assessments involve diagnostic equipment, infrared scanning, and our own experience and knowledge to find problems and recommend solutions. Once the problems are found we develop a scope of work, assist in securing rebates and tax credits, and eliminate the issue. This results in a home that is healthier, more comfortable, and more energy efficient for our customer.
As a certified BPI (Building Performance Institute) Building Analyst certified company, Greenserve has been trained in the house-as-a-system approach. As BPI Building Analysts, Greenserve auditors are certified to conduct blower-door tests, combustion appliance inspection and repair, air quality testing including carbon monoxide detection, duct testing and airflow testing.
